CIM supports Fort McMurray community after wildfires

The May 2016 wildfire in northern Alberta prompted the evacuation of Fort McMurray, a town of about 80,000 inhabitants. Virtually every major oil sands player performed some role in the disaster response, donating millions to the Red Cross, but also sheltering and transporting thousands of evacuees and assisting in firefighting efforts.
